Team leadership – Recruit ,train and motivate staff.
Compliance and Finance – Adhere to legal requirements e.g. FICA , POPI,
CPA.
Customer service – Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Inventory management – Source , appraise and procure quality used vehicles.
Managing Sales activities daily
Reconditioning of Used stock.
Proven experience in used vehicles.
Strong negotiation ,inventory valuation and computer skills.
Results driven , resilient and able to work under pressure.
